By completing this registration, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of The Cordelion Performing Arts Academy, Inc. I understand that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. I assume full responsibility for my participation in the program and release CPAA, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses.
